Day 3- 300 calories

Hey All!

Hope your diets are going well and that you are staying strong on the ABC. Today was a pretty good day for me! I went over by a bit (about 300 calories), but still it was by far the best day I've had so far. To all who are considering trying this diet, I suggest you do a 7-day prep first, eating about 600-800 calories (or less) a day to help prepare your body for this. Otherwise, like me, you will struggle. No matter how tough the going is, however, I will not stop! I have seen to many blogs of people who keep on re-starting every time they mess up, and eventually never even make it through. I have made this commitment, so failure or no I will see it through, as best as I can, until the end of the diet. 47 Days left to go.

CONSUMPTION:
1/2 apple (40 cals)
1 apple (80 cals)
3 tablespoons nutella (300 cals)
1 slice toast (100 cals)

...Not my best, but still better. I started munching on small bits of chopped apple throughout the day and it seems to help with curbing my overall appetite. Also, hot lemon water seems to help as well. Barely binged this evening! :) I am worried, though, since tomorrow is my 100 calorie day, and I have a dinner to attend. I may switch it with a 500 calorie day. 

Weight: 155.8 pounds. Disgusting.

I've been working out like crazy, but I guess my weakness has caught up with me...No worries, I shall just go harder tomorrow. Went to the gym tonight for a hard run and burned off 470 calories, it should help. I just need this fat OFF. I had my first hunger pangs today and it made me feel Euphoric and successful. I smiled through the pain and reminded myself that it was just my body burning off its fat. Keep Going, Must Keep Going.
